Bookings

Bookings can be made through your Manage My Health portal. If you are booking for a child please name the child on the appointment. Onsite, phone or video consult can be requested. Otherwise call reception on (09) 6236234.

Standard consultation fees apply for all face-to-face, telephone and video consultations.

The first consultation will be charged at the un-enrolled price if the funding has not been made available by Ministry of Health. Subsequent consultations will be at the funded price.
Maternity Care - Free until 13 weeks
Childhood Scheduled Immunisations - Free

The above fees are for a standard 15minute consultation. Extra fees apply for referral letters, extended consultations, dressings, nursing time and material used.

A standard consultation does not include medicals of any kind, well child checks, travel consultations, multiple medical problems or minor surgery.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS will be charged a consultation fee if cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment.
This applies to children as well. A missed appointment with the nurse may also be charged.

$15 surcharge applies to Saturday appointments for clients 6 years of age and over.

Fees for patients not entitled to NZ healthcare funding

$150.00 for all age groups.

Payment Policy

Payment is requested at the time of consultation.
We accept cash or EFTPOS .
The receptionist can process Southern Cross Easyclaim for you. This new facility means we will bill directly to Southern Cross and you will not need to claim a refund.
Internet banking can be made to ANZ 06 0145 0827527 00
Please include your full name and/or invoice number.
If your account remains unpaid within 7 days of the service being provided a $7 account fee will be added.

Repeat Prescriptions

Please be aware repeat prescriptions can take up to 48hrs to be ready. If you are needing a prescription urgently please phone the practice and inform the receptionist or nurse. An extra fee may apply.
