Russell is a seasoned healthcare and financial service leader with an extensive background in process engineering, finance, and healthcare.

He has held roles as General Manager of The Doctors Napier group, General Manager The Doctors Middlemore and as a Regional Manager.

Outside of work Russell has been a volunteer ambulance officer for 23 years and has served on numerous charitable trust boards.
